Ms. Alishba Khan

Ms. Khan graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London (International Program) and commenced her legal career in 2021 as an associate at Siddiqui & Raza, where she independently handled cases before the Subordinate Courts of Sindh and assisted the senior partner and colleagues in proceedings before the Honourable High Court. Seeking to diversify her experience, she transitioned to the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) as an Executive in Legal Affairs, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the legal department of IBA, with a particular focus towards policy making, contract formulation and handling matters pertaining to harassment at workplace.

Renowned for her comprehensive legal acumen and strategic approach, Ms. Khan skillfully navigates complex legal disputes and demonstrates strong advocacy skills. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil, commercial, family matters and constitutional matters, assisting senior members with case preparation and court appearances before the Honourable High Courts of Pakistan.
