Mr. Taha Abdus Samad

Mr. Samad completed his LLB from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Following his graduation from LUMS in 2016, Mr. Samad was selected as a Supreme Court Law Clerk, where he assisted the Honourable Supreme Court Judges by conducting comprehensive research on complex propositions, summarizing case files and verbal arguments, and assisting in drafting judgments on diverse areas of law. Furthermore, Mr. Samad holds an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to specializing in Business Law during his graduate studies, Mr. Samad also studied courses such as Venture Capital and Technology Law, in order to keep abreast of the innovations in various fields of law.

With over seven years of experience, Mr. Samad is a seasoned litigator who regularly represents clients in the High Court of Sindh, various District Courts across Karachi, and numerous regulatory bodies and tribunals in the city. He specializes in litigation, particularly in matters pertaining to companies, arbitration, banking, property, contracts, and taxation. Additionally, Mr. Samad possesses expertise in handling family and criminal cases with proficiency.

Mr. Samad also excels in corporate consultancy work, encompassing contract vetting and drafting, intellectual property management, conducting due diligence on international transactions, and offering advisory services for cross-border transactions.
